Today: Students began to think about the
science of Geology
and the prior knowledge
that they already have on the topic. To do so, students completed a Geology Taxonomy. Homework: SOTW! - Jacques Charles *This is the 2nd to last SOTW for Quarter 3! Mrs. Setten
Today: Students typed their P22 formal lab reports on google docs and shared them with Mrs. Setten. Then they looked over the grading rubric and reviewed their graphs and the report before submitting all graph materials.
Today: I am at a conference today and there is a guest teacher! Students will work on their two graphs using data collected in P22. They will create a density graph to show the mass:volume ratio of their unknown liquid. They will also create a boiling phase change graph showing the substances temperature over time until it reaches boiling point.
Homework: Finish the graphs
